There is no charge for shipping or handling even for international orders. Labels are printed in New Zealand and shipping is by NZ Post for local orders and by international airmail to all other countries.
Your labels will be printed on A4 sheets and are diecut to shape for easy removal. All labels are a matt surface with a permanent adhesive.
Due to the different monitor resolutions on computers, tablets and smartphones, the images you view on this website may not appear at their true size on your screen. We recommend you check the finished size dimensions to ensure it is the correct size for your requirements.
For us to process your order we need to know your name, the information to be printed on your labels, your shipping address and email address. The information you trust us with when you place your order is used only for processing your order.
We DO NOT take part in the rental or sale of names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, demographics or any other personal information about our customers.
Order forms are hosted on a secure server. The security level used is the same as used by major banking institutions. When you place your order your details are sent using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 2048-bits (the highest level commercially available).
To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page.
If your order is found to be defective or if your information is printed with an error made on our behalf, we will replace your labels as soon as possible. If you have a problem with your labels please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
